TRASH INCREASE 6-1-26— The trash company has increased their bill to us due to their overhead cost increasing. Beginning June 1, 2026, all tenants in Sycamore Green Acres will be charged $30 per trash can vs the current $25. We strive to keep costs as low as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Friendly reminder that rent is due in full on the 1st of the month.
