Check out our MOVE IN READY 3 bed 2 bath home located in the Country Aire Mobile Home Community. There are washer and dryer hook ups available for your convenience. In addition to the rent, we charge $30 for sewer and $20 for trash each month. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own water and electric services. Pets are allowed with approval.
