Please note the pet policy and adhere to the rules to keep everyone safe and our communities clean. Do not leave food outside for animals as this attracts bugs and is a violation of the lease. Pets are permitted outdoors only when accompanied by a handler and secured on a leash. Pet waste is to be cleaned up immediately. Every violation results in a fine.
Derelict vehicles need to be removed from the property.
Always get a receipt for cash payments, never drop cash in the box. Money orders and Cashier’s checks are preferred
Change your furnace filters every 60-90 days to ensure good working conditions. Do not tamper with your unit in any other way. If an HVAC technician is called to your home and reports the issue was a dirty furnace filter, you will be charged $100.00
It is grass cutting season and like last year tenants are responsible for cutting and weed pulling at your own home. If you choose not to maintain your yard per the rules you will be given a 24-hour notice warning. After 24 hours we will cut your yard and charge a minimum of $50 that will be applied to your monthly rent.
